Canceling your subscription
You can cancel your TrueIQ subscription at any time, on your own, in about a minute. No phone call and no email required.
Cancel through the Cancellation Portal
The fastest way to cancel is through our Cancellation Portal. All you need is the email address you used when you signed up.
Go to the Cancellation Portal- Open the Cancellation Portal.
- Enter the email address on your account — this must be the same address you used at checkout, or we won't be able to find your subscription.
- Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.
- Watch for a confirmation email. Keep it for your records. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder before contacting us.
Not sure which email you used? Look for the receipt we sent after your purchase, or check your bank or card statement for the charge description. You can also contact our support team and we'll help you locate the account.
Canceling during your trial
If you're on the $1 seven-day trial, cancel before the seventh day to avoid being charged the recurring subscription price. You keep access to your results for the remainder of the trial period.
What happens after you cancel
- Your subscription stops renewing, so you won't be billed again.
- You keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
- After that date, subscriber features become unavailable and your account reverts to a free account.
- Cancellation stops future charges only. It does not automatically refund payments that have already been processed — see our Refund Policy for how we handle refund requests.
Cancel before your renewal date. A cancellation submitted after a renewal has already processed applies to the following billing period, not the charge that just went through.
Still seeing charges after canceling?
A charge that appears right after you cancel is usually a payment that was already in progress, or a subscription created under a second email address. Send us the date and amount of the charge, along with the last four digits of the card, and we'll trace it for you.
